There is a need for better communication.

The cost of mailings to our entire district is very costly.  It is far too costly to do frequently.

I propose that a massive email address bank be compiled and frequent communications  can then be sent out with the push of a button.

We have spent a lot of money on technology.  Why are we not maximizing the use of our most simple technology?  Hopefully, senior citizens' groups and local service organizations (Kiwanis, Fire, etc.) would be willing to print these and hand out at their meetings to those who do not have computers.

There are many questions asked at Board Meetings. These questions often require research before they can be answered. I propose that all of those questions, exactly as they were asked, be answered on the district website within a couple days of each meeting. I would also want to see the rationale behind the answer included.

What better way to keep the rumor mill free of rumors?
